The problem is not even related to frame rates... on high settings I average about 40-55 FPS, however, I encounter this constant pausing problem. Every second everything in the game world pauses for en extremely short amount of time and then resumes. It's like it stops processing after awhile or at least slows down. Turning down the settings to the lowest possible doesn't do anything for this issue and it occurs at the same frequency as when the settings are maxed out.
Has anyone encountered this problem, and if so, have you find anything relevant towards fixing it?
