So I have encountered the unkillable backwards flying dragon the weird thing is that now it seems that I'm not encountering any random dragons. I'm lvl 24 with 30 hours of game time and have only killed 2 main quest dragons and 1 word wall dragon. Will 1.3 fix this for my saved game or will I have start over yet again?
