Could this Concept Art depict Gideon or Stormhold?

As http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1374705-new-gameinformer-article-the-aldmeri-dominion/page__view__findpost__p__20793533 in another thread, http://media1.gameinformer.com/imagefeed/featured/bethesda/elderscrolls/online/factions/altmer.jpg doesn't really match what we know of the architecture in Alinor, yet it is called "altmer.jpg" ...

To me, the pointed arch seems reminiscent of Ayleid architecture, but other features of the architecture are very different from what we know of Ayleid ruins and (unless they brought back the jungle to Cyrodiil) this doesn't look like a Cyrodiilic landscape.

Could GameInformer be wrong in naming it altmer.jpg? I have thought to it, and we know that Barsaebic Ayleids were spared by Alessian pogroms. So they are likely to have survived until the Knahaten Flu, and hence to be featured in TES Online. They are probably different from their Cyrodiilic cousins, and their need to adapt to Argonia as well as cultural differences could lead to a different architecture. Also, the vegetation shown in the Concept Art looks suited for the border of the Black Marsh, in my humble opinion.

Barsaebic Ayleids founded Gideon and Stormhold. Could it be possible that the Concept Art feature one of these? This could account for the similarities and differences between this architecture and the Ayleid one, while it would explain that it doesn't look like what we have heard about Alinor's marvels.

What do you think about it?

Looks a little bit like the Thalmor embassy in Skyrim, to be honest. Which is, I think, the only Altmer architecture that we have really seen in games...
