Bethesda and DS?

I was playing on DS last night and I notice the company name "Bethesda" on the tag so I restart the game to re-check and yep it's the same name.
BTW it was the game called "Star Trek"(I never thought that Bethesda would make a game for DS console)

It's Bethesda Softworks so its published by Bethesda but looks like it was developed by Ubisoft.
