So I just tried to go to the Steam forums since I turned off my PC last night around 8PM and the "Steam forums are temporarily unavailable due to maintenance" is there.

The last time this happened it went of for a week and then it was said that the forums had been hacked.

So, does anyone know how long they have been down and does anyone have any info on what is going on if anything besides maintenance?

I don't use Steam so I don't have to worry about them getting hacked, or the forums going down, or ... Ah, it's nice to be me.
