mounted combat already active : V

so Im rideing around on shadowmaire when I tap x button and draw the blade of woe.. was this sapose to happen or did they add mounted combat into the last update.. any one els have this happen?

Why can't I have a Slowpoke? I knew mounted combat git patched in, but I've still yet to try it out... or even ride a horse for that matter.
