What platform should i use?

I have a PS3 and a good PC i think. Even though the PC doesn′t offers perfect functionality sometime( crashes, freeze scream,..) and if i take the PC version i will conect it to the TV as well with a PS3 controller or Xbox(doesn′t matter).
On the other hand, i have the PS3, that of couse you can′t modify the resolution, just with HDMI you may have an expanded 1280x720 resolution, but on this type of games where the graphics are artstyle, it′s nearly imposible to see the difference between HDMI 1080p(expanded from 1280x720) and HDMI 1080p(1900x1080).
So, i know most of you are PC gamers, but seriously, what do you prefer reliability(be sure that it will work) or customization(not sure of work it perfectly, but be able to customize the resolution)?

The point is that i′m no sure. Do you prefer customization over reliability?

The thing for me is that I always go with computers because some games, like Skyrim, let you mod them. That is worth so much more to me than graphics. Now i have no idea if this game will be moddable, so looking at it from your graphical standpoint I'd say go with reliability because I'd rather have something work all the time at decent quality than having to have the best quality but not be able to play it whenever i want.

I just really like the fact that Arkane do really well with the PC ports. A lot of people I know are getting it on PC for that same reason. Overall I prefer a first person experience on my computer, while games like Devil May Cry I prefer on the console.

This is the main reason of my doubts. I don′t no if all is going to go well on my PC(laptop)

A properly constructed PC is no less reliable than a console.

In that case, I would probably go with consoles. Not due to anything having to do with literal construction, just the temperamental attitude of a lot of prebuilt PCs.

Yes, i decide to go for the PS3 version because with the PC you don′t have controller vibration(at least i don′t know about any keyboard with vibration), and this is crucial for enjoy more the gaming experience.

So what is stopping you from connecting your PS3 controller to your PC plus Motionjoy?

I wouldn't even bother with PC if you got a laptop, go for the PS3

heh, here you are asking whether graphics or reliability is more important and then you base your decision on whether or not your input device vibrates :D

That many things can go wrong with the PC connected with the TV, and that i would have to do too many configurations on the TV for transmiting the sound and the image from the laptop to the TV

Well, that′s another reason  , but my decision is more because of reliability.
