Enchanting or Twinking?

Hi all

First of all a bit of introduction...
I′m a 39 year old fan of the TES series and just stumbled upon this great news about the much antecipated TES MMO.
Just finished reading and viewing the interviews available from the technical staff and got a good picture from what can be expected.

My two cents about the coming game is about enchanting (didnt went trough all the topics looking for it, sorry if is already posted somewhere)...
Enchanting can be a MAJOR thing in this game as it was for example in Morrowind...why? Besides the obvious, it can be used to mingle the class system together. It can represents freedom of choice and gives depth to a already extensive game. I had a lot of fun transforming my full blown tank (Nord; heavy armor; long sword; spear..etc) in a full mage with which i finished Morrowind.

The ability to "twink" a character is not only equipping the latest "uber" gear, it should be used (if needed) to change your gameplay and even class experience. This is called freedom of play, something that bethesda incorporated very well in all the TES saga, nevertheless somehow reducing it in Oblivion and Skyrim.

Enchanting in Morrowing was a game of its own... lots of possibilities, thousands of possible combinations, you could create your own spells (with almost no restrictions) and really "twink" your character into something totally You!!!

Enchanting in Oblivion was a bit restrictive and logically didnt had the same impact in gameplay experience and could be totally discarted (keeping only the enchanted loot that was found).

Enchanting in Skyrim follows Oblivion lógic with some diferences due to the perk system. It has little impact in gameplay experience.

That said, i would naturally love to see a Enchanting system similar to Morrowind in a TESO. Would add depth and mostly freedom of choice (wouldnt be nice if you see a warrior class, fully "ironclad" armored, starting to blast fireballs, summoning creatures (with penalties of course); a mage class player disappearing and stabbing another player)?

Like i said...my two cents here
Hoping the release date comes soon
Good work for all
