My dream job that will never happen is astronaut, definitely. Being recognized as one of the most all-around talented people in the country and being sent to space would be great.

I agree with this guy, being sent into space is what I'd mostly be in it for though.

Other than that, I would love love love to be a musician who makes the music he loves and has moderate popularity/success, more than enough to just live off the music. Of course I wouldn't realistically mind not being popular IRL but a man can dream.

I only ever wanted to be two things - chef and novelist. I've done both. I became a chef when I left school and I worked at some of the best restaurants in Britain and Europe before getting my own place, which I ran for five years. Unfortunately I had to give it up when I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

Now as a writer I get paid to write about (among other things), other people's restaurants! Also my first novel will soon be published (if it's not delayed again - grrr, publishers!)

I've been very lucky (apart from the illness, of course).
