I have two elder scrolls (Sun) and (Dragon). I need the (Blood) Scroll for a Dawnguard Quest and
How do I get it?

Oh and how do I get the key for the display case in the Arcanium that is holding an Elder Scroll?

You get it from Valerica,Serana-chans mother after you descend into Soul cairn and save her from big bad undead Dragon.
