Supermarket advice needed.

Post » Tue Jul 10, 2012 10:17 am

So i went grocery shopping this morning.

When I got home I checked the receipt (which I dont usually do) and noticed there were errors totalling about $10. Two items were rung up incorrectly and one item was scanned twice.

Would you guys bother going back to the supermarket if it means packing the rugrats in the car and driving into town? I live in the country so its probably almost $10 in petrol to get back there. Its just the principle I guess.

Thoughts?

I would just forget it this time, and pay more attention to it the next time you decide to go shop there.

If you're not going to balance out the cost due to travelling costs then it's not worth the hassle.

That's 10 bucks. I'd definitely go back. But I didn't notice your costs so yeah it's not worth it then.

Count it as a loss this time, and check your receipts before you leave the parking lot next time. Lesson learned!

This (fixed.)

Never feel like you ought to hurry just because there's a queue behind you. It's your time, your money.
