What do you guys think? Will you be able to start parties with those outside of your faction, and you will only be pit against each other in Cyrodiil, or what? This is the one thing that has been confusing me, because I have a "friendly rivalry" thing going on with a good friend. We decided we'd join different factions in order to go at each other in the PvP.

So, is it known if you'll be able to start parties and adventure with other factions?
