how do i mine stuff and make new weapons in oblivion?

i do not know how to mine stuff and make weapons like the glass weapons.

1) wrong forum
2) oblivion isnt skyrim, you cant mine or make weapons without mods

Oblivion does not offer the ability to create weapons or armor (apart from Amber and Madness weapons and armor included in the expansion).
