When will the BETA released ?

Is there a page we must be tuned so we wont miss it?

Will it be available and downloadable via Steam?

Next year, if I've heard correctly. No details other than that - you can probably subscribe to TES Online's/Zenimax's Twitter and Facebook feeds to get information, but don't hold your breath for a 2012 beta.

I assure you they will have Alpha testers working hard right now and will post beta information once they are ready to start letting the beta testers loose in the game. I also heard next year from one of Matt's interviews.

I just hope we get a heads-up when the closed-beta opens Just hope they wont do it too early.

Can you even begin to conceive the soul-svcking disappointment, the collapse of spirit suffered after, upon logging-in to this forum and finding, glittering, gleaming atop the list of threads, the subject "The Elder Scrolls Online BETA", only to find a hope of it's future mention...

My heart leapt out of my chest, much akin to that of a fallen daedra lord, only to be crushed to dust like some alchemist's potion.

Be warned. When this game does come out, I will look for you. I will find you. And I will kill you.
