ok I've read about every single fix and I simply either dont understand the fix or it just doesnt work or the files to download were taken offline because of the mega upload crap

there any one that knows a working fix for this crap? I can live with texture tearing but when my world is blue and I cant see crap all nope....

Blue textures mean that you're out of video memory. You're probably forcing 16x AA through your CCC, or trying to use 16k textures, so they're the first setting to dial down a little.
