A post, on the steam community channel for elder scrolls fans, has leaked that a PEGI rating of 12+ was given to the game. This usually means that production has finished, they say. Meaning that a beta shouldn't be too far off - and that the release date should be within a years time (typically).

I'm only relaying the information, I'm just a messenger. But ratings can't be given unless if the product is close to finish.

based on the pictures i've seen the game is far from finished, and a source would be good.

The Elder Scrolls Online got a PEGI rating of 12+ recently, and as you can probably guess, games get rated when they're complete. Since Zenimax finished development early, we might get an early release (doubt it though) since it shouldn't take over a year to fix bugs and glitches.

I think so too.

I mean, I can think of several games that aren't released yet but have a rating on the PEGI website, so why not Elder Scrolls Online? Something isn't right.
