Magic bugs I noticed with 1.6

When I cast my lightning spells they will sometimes pass threw an enemy even in close proximity of the opposition.

Another thing with lightning spells is the lighting animation will not display there will just be blue light on my hands and where the spell hit.

The ice spike will be small when I fire the spell from my hands but when it hits the enemy the spike grows to the size of the ice spear when its embedded in the enemy.

All spells will have the charge effect on my hands even after I am done casting a spell, the animation on my hands will be like I am casting. To fix this I just charge another spell.

Some spells will just lock up and ky magic will be drained like I am holding the spell getting ready to cast and I cannot use my hands at all, I have to lower my hands to fish this.

This is all with a brand new character I made for 1.6 and I did not have magic issues like this until this patch.

This is all with a brand new character I made for 1.6 and I did not have magic issues like this until this patch.

This started happening with my follower after patch 1.6. Sometimes he uses a staff (he switches between the ice, fire, and lightning staves I gave him) and when he switches back to his dagger, the sound effects and graphics of the last spell he cast remain on his hand.
