Hi i would appreciate alot if anyone knows or can help me solve this problem, right after the cinematic when i clicked play Campaign - Choosed Difficulty - Seen the intro.

I start hearing a odd sound ( laggy ) and it start lagging reallyyyy bad!

my specs are:

PowerColor Radeon HD5830.

AMD Phenom2 X4 945 3,0 ghz, AM3.

8 Gig Ram.

Not the best on the market but works just fine.

Give +set jobs_numThreads 2 a try in the launch options.

Open Stream right click on RAGE go to properties find launch options and add this: +set com_skipIntroVideo 1 +set jobs_numThreads 2
+set com_skipIntroVideo 1 will skip the intro so you don't have to sit threw it each time you start RAGE. just copy & paste the above.
