Skyrim 1.7 Beta Size Question.... !?!? : V

hi to all ,

just for curiosity , i have agreed to the beta program and steam downloaded a 16.7 mb patch.. i re logged and now steam downloaded another patch but the size was 17.0 mb !?!?!

is it normal ??
