Destruction novice spell animation bug

Not sure where to put this...

When I walk or run (or turn) with like, a flames or frostbite spell, my character's animation looks like in this picture. It looks as if my character is running with unsheathed hands and the flames are coming out of the hand. I tested it and it only happens on the female race. I'm not sure when I started having this issue but I do know it started to happen recently. I found one google answer to this problem, and that was to remove the meshes/actor/character/animations folder. Did that (I only had the FNIS mod animations in there) but nothing changed. Anyone know a solution? The only animation mods I currently have (I think) are FNIS and pinup poser...

Thanks

Isn't there a bug forum, and also "female race"?

does it, by any chance, only take place after a killccam? if so halfway cast the spell and see if that fixes it.

Well, I've restarted skyrim like 5 times whilst trying various things like removing and disabling mods, so I haven't had any chance to perform a kill cam so that couldn't be it ;(
The bugged animation does show in killcams as well though.....
