I've noticed this nearly a week ago where you do The Legend of Red Eagle quest & once you complete it then read the book again, the quest activates again. Is it really a bug/glitch or is it supposed to work that way? Is there any other side quests or miscellaneous quests that any of you find acting repeatable?
