An interesting side quest in Morthal is to do with Falion the wizard and what he gets up to out in the marsh at night. But it doesn't seem to go anywhere. I've followed him out to the summon circle, confronted him, then reported him to the jarl. She heads off to investigate him... and that's it. Is something supposed to happen?

I've checked both wikkis and they say pretty much what I already knew but they don't say if anything else is supposed to happen. I know he's connected with getting the cure for vampirism. Is it just a sort of lead in to that?

It goes nowhere like a good number of things in the game, almost like someone had an idea but didn't finish it.
