I realize I am discovering this late, but I happened upon a small sewer entry on the water side of the city walls. Are they any other "Riften Sewer" location that can be explored (excluding anything for the Ratway, Thieves Guild, etc)?

I found that sewer a while ago and everything in it was owned. so to take the items, I had to steal them. I don't know of any other sewers around the city.

Only two ways to get to the sewers from the city as far as I know. The other... I hate spoiler tags.


I'd love to have more than just a tiny sewer to explore. I want a giant dwemer sewer in Markarth!

Oh! I didn't know there is a sewer in Riften! ... as a member of the thieves guild that 'd be such a shame

More of anything dwemer is fine by me.

Are we talking about the Ratway or is there some other secret sewer I don't know about?

I'd be amazed if there were any secret sewers.

It's not the Ratway, it's a small grate on the "back side" of Riften where the water is. Just exit the city through the rear gate and follow the walls around the right side and you will see it eventually. I think it's raised over the water a few feet.
