First and foremostly, I'm playing pre 1.06 and pre-Dawnguard. (See signature)

I've noticed that my active effects list says that my vampire is supposed to be 100% resistant to poison due to my vampiric nature.

Than why the hell is my *** getting swamped by chaurus venom? Why am I getting whooped by the poison coating a Falmer's blade?

I haven't caught any diseases, as another active effect mentions, but I'm still getting poisoned. Is this my first official PS3 bug?

It seems there's a problem with poison resistance at all right now. While playing races with poison resistance, I do notice a slight change. But when I came across a necklace that supposedly gave me 100% poison resist, it did no such thing. Or maybe the chaurus attack just does damage on its own besides the poison?

EDIT: I suppose it's also important that I'm on Xbox, with Dawnguard installed and this still happens.

It's a bug. Just like how despite having 100% disease immunity you can still contact a disease .

I didn't think that the chaurus did DOT without poison...

Either way, highly disappointed.

ive also noticed that draugr take poison damage from ebony mail's poison cloak effect even though they are supposed to be immune.
