Wondering if anyone is having an issue with the stamina, mana, health bars, and the shout cooldown bar. Problem is when a certain amount is depleted, say I use a spell, the entire bar shifts out of the frame and will recharge the same way rather than a portion disappearing etc. Along with the problem when I use a shout 2 solid large blue bars appear up top slowly dissapearing and covering the orginal directional bar. Not sure if that last one is just a change but the others seem like a bug since I DL the patch.

Seems to be an issue with video drivers rather than the game. Try lowring your shadows setting one notch down, as its reported this resolves the floation bar problem.
