I wish I played on a PC. Now that that is out of the way, does anyone know how to take screenshots from a PS3 and vidoes to upload to a shared site? I want to take pics of my chars but my phone camera svcks and does not do them justice. Thanks in advance.

I think the best way to add a sreenshot function for Skyrim on consoles was to use the same function Skyrim use to the picture for the savegame, but without resize it to a lower resolution.
So, I think they can easily do it, add a button in the menu, when you will open the menu to take your screen, the action is already "freeze", so just choose where you want your screen saved, or save it to the default picture folder of the PS3.
Then, if they want to get paid for it :
They can add it to a dlc or something like that, then improve the idea and let us move the camera around our character, then screen.
They can also add new trophies to the game, wich you get if you screen some beautifull or secrets locations of Skyrim.

So, please Bethesda add it, everyone will be happy

About the video, it's probably more difficult but amazing. However If they just add a screenshot function I will be happy, nevermind.

You could try buying a capture card, though it may be a bit expensive if you just want to take pictures.

Thank you. I have 5 kids so money is very tight. I may resort to breaking out my Nikon to take pics but the wife may not be 100% on board with that. BTW, it is her Nikon so it may be her decision.

I take pictures with my digital camera, some come out rather well, some don't. A capture card is an option and if you do research their are some out their that won't ruin the budget. Look at the reviews.

Easy cap dc 60+ ( new version 3.2a usb grabber video capture with faster chips) runs around $25 usd but you will need extra cables and splitters. That is the one I am looking into getting.

It may not be the best out their and even with the cables and spliters it's not overly expensive.... not like the $200 one that I found anyway.
