Another user gave me this idea on another thread.

It's a sorcerer (heavy armour tanking Mage) that uses hand to hand amazingly in close quarters.

For this build you will need:

.Destruction (your ranged damage dealing method, consider reducing spell cost through enchantments).

.Heavy Armour (best protection, I advise Ebony or Steel Plate for badass factor. Also useful for Fists of Steel).

.Enchanting (to give your gear unarmed enchantments and any other enchantments of your choice).

You should consider:

.Alteration (for extra armour and magic resistance).

.Conjuration (for minions, either atronachs or undead, since you're a vampire, undead may be more fitting).

.Restoration (to keep you alive).

.Smithing (Extra AR).

.Alchemy (All sorts of useful effects).

Other matters:

. You will want the Ring of the Beast from Dawnguard (+20 unarmed damage, other useful effects).

. You may even want to use block for more tankyness, but you won't have unarmed finishers)

. You can make a sneaky version of this build with sneak and illusion.

. You can get atleast enough unarmed damage on par with a Legendary Daedric Sword w/ 5/5 Armsman.
