I played over 250-260 gamehours now and am level 57. Have done about everything and stopped now as those repeating quests get boring quickly.

What I wondered was, can de game be completed? Is there an "end of the game sequence movie"? And is there a feature that tells you what your exact completion rate is?

No there isn't an 'end' to Skyrim. There is no way to 'complete' Skyrim. The only things you can do are the radiant missions. Unlike Fallout there is no ending after the main questline.

There are features that tell you stats and such but that's about it.
