Tech. So very easy to inadvertantly break / misuse / create conflicts with the stuff.

The Elder Scrolls V - Skyrim
version 1.6

Technical issues I've noticed so far:

1.) Shout key occassionally non-responsive during combat. Need to quit-to-desktop and reload to fix.

2.) Attack key occassionally non-responsive during combat. Need to quit-to-desktop and reload to fix.

3.) Shadows broken/glitched to the point that I've turned them off.

4.) Items in Windhelm Market (the swords, maces, shields, meat, vegetables, baskets etc. on display at the various stalls) have repositioned themselves in mid-air a few feet away from their original positions. Obviously a ploy to attract shoppers' attention and not a bug at all.

5.) Striking a bear with a melee weapon from horseback transforms them into magical flying bears. Literally lost one over a low mountain yesterday.

6.) Guards and bandit bosses are now (uber-powered + infinity x 1064)3. Fought a bandit chief in the hot-springs area. Used "getlevel" in the console. We're both level 26. Took 22 regular health potions and 54 strikes from my 2H steel sword (blacksmithied up to Legendary) to kill him. He could one-shot me with a normal iron battle axe. Oh.

Fun fun fun. Way to go QA.

Don't know about 1 and 2, but 3?, not like the shadows were anything special to begin with, but I can say they have not changed(for better or worse) in my game since the patch.
Number 4, hah, the good ole physics engine doing it's thing, when items are placed in the CK, it's normal to place them just above the surface and let the physics engine settle them, less chance of them falling through because the surface was delayed in loading, unfortunately the physics engine is not aware of this most of the time and the items remain floating.

Number 5 is definitely silly, a simple steel sword can send bears flying from a single hit.

Number 6 sounds like the bandit is getting a crit with every hit, don't know what could be causing that, but not something I've experienced so far after the update.
