For the last few months now, I have had this problem with my cursor arrow showing up on the screen along with the targeting reticule, which is really distracting and causes many missclicks etc. It appears if I "alt-tab" out of the game several times (I like checking the wiki to help me find all the quests etc in each city and so on), though I've never had this problem before. I have over 20 mods (including a borderless window mod as it's the only way I can play the game without it constantly crashing), but they've never caused this problem before.

Does anybody know of the issue I'm talking about or how to fix it? I'm pretty sure that this problem never happened until after I took my computer to my local computer shop for a clean out and health check, so could they have ballsed something up?
