I received the completion of rescuing her, but now I'm supposed to talk to her and she's not there. The quest was buggy from the start, I didn't notice until now, but the waypoints for the quest are nowhere near where the quest actually is. I don't have the option of just reloading because I did this quest really late not being able to find her forever in the beginning because the waypoints are so off. I am playing on a 360 so I can't just bring up the console and fix things. Any ideas? Without doing this quest, I have no way of continuing with the Companions.

Edit: I have tried restarting the system, clearing the cache, reloading, none worked. Is there a way for me to possibly cancel the quest, or any other way around just not doing this quest but still being able to join the companions?

This svcks. Unbelievable ridiculous. I can't do a different quest without doing this one first, can't cancel it. Joining the companions is now undoable. I picked up the quest somewhere around lvl 12, I'm now lvl 22, so I'd have to go back 10 lvls to continue in that part of the game. They had to know some stuff like this would be buggy, why not make a way to cancel quests? Why not allow you to pick up more than just the one? I am so frigin mad at this game right now.

I hate the same, a companion quest to clear out valhiem..? towers which i already clared so was like yeah that be easy. Came round to it later and no saves near.. the quest marker was in the water! must of where the last bandit chief died, (FUS RO DAH last hp for luls) thought.. wow that should of respawned by now.. so i waited... and waited... for 30 days... 40, that damn arrows was still there pointing into water with all my hopes of dreams of ever able to continue witth this character any more.

Rage quited and selected new game.

Lol, I just don't know if I can bring myself to start over. I really wanted to do the whole werewolf thing, I thought it was going to be awesome... I just think I'd get bored doing all the same crap all over again, 10 lvls worth of stuff all completely over again... I just think I'm going to have to live without and hope, but doubt, for a fix eventually.
