After getting the stone from Bleak Falls Barrow I saw Farengar trade info about the dragons with Delphine. Has anyone else ever seen this?

Yep. You get that scene if you didn't already get the Dragonstone from Bleak Falls Burrow before speaking with him. It also gives you the opportunity to steal the book they're looking over, which you don't have access to if you just give the stone immediately.
