Can someone build a character for me?

Post » Mon Jul 30, 2012 10:02 pm

In order to rekindle some interest in this game, I want to completely step out from my comfort zone and create a character the likes of which I don't normally play as. So, if any of you here are good at building characters with a fairly detailed backstory and a list of perk trees to invest into, I'd appreciate it if you could help here.

Races I Haven't Played As...

Argonian
Khajiit
Dark Elf
Orc

Perk Trees I Haven't Tried...

Two-handed
Smithing
Alchemy
Illusion

My Favourite Perk Trees Are...

Conjuration
Restoration
One-handed
Destruction

What I Am Not Willing To Do...

I haven't fully played through using most of the thief archetype perk trees, such as Sneak, purely because I don't like that play-style in Skyrim. But, if any of you can make me a character utilising a fun mixture of perk trees I like but also something new and out of my comfort zone, I'd love to hear of it. Many thanks to those who can help!

Dark elf with these perks http://skyrimcalculator.com/#166706 and a vampire.

Bound bows are your friend and how you reap souls for enchanting. Minimal sneaking is required to stay out of the way while you get the first shot or use your illusion spells to turn the tide of a battle before it begins. Dual-casting with a vampire allows the highest level (aside from master) illusion spells to affect any enemy. 4:1:5 M:H:S I'd say, but do what suits you there. Resist fire if you're going for the last stage of vampirism; If not, then remove the fire enchanter perk.

Illusion struck me as the school you mentioned you haven't tried with the most use and versatility, and the most fun to use, which is why I've centred on that.

He just said he doesn't want to sneak...

Hang on a sec OP.

EDIT: How 'bout a spellsword? Onehanded weapon in one hand, Destruction magic in the other. http://skyrimcalculator.com/#166710

Yes, as I said, I haven't played as a thief/assassin because I don't enjoying sneaking in Skyrim. But, still, thanks for your suggestion. I enjoy sneaking in most games. Deus Ex, Assassin's Creed, Tom Clancy and, once it is released, Dishonored (stupid American spelling) were all awesome sneaking games - not Skyrim though.

An Argonian who uses poisoned two-handed weapons which he/she crafted (the weapons and the poisons)?

Expand a little, if you wouldn't mind? I'd like a backstory and full character build - although I always find daggers quite cool.

Eh, as I said, this doesn't centre on sneaking so much. It's not the normal assassin/thief sneaking all over the place and trying never to be seen, it's just not being noticed until the fighting actually starts so you have time to aim your calm spells or your arrows.

I have actually tried a spell/sword build, but it didn't really interest me.

Couldn't find one I liked on there, personally. Give it another look though. Thanks.

Well, thanks, but I will NEVER do any character which uses sneak in Skyrim. It is just not a good game for stealth in my opinion.

Why can't you do this yourself? This isn't World of Warcraft, you know?
