Do Bethesda games mirror real life?

Post » Tue Jul 31, 2012 11:49 am

Looking at their previous games I have noticed a reacurring theme:
The Courier/Thalmor seek ultimate power. (Bethesda)
The Legion/Empire want to control everything. (Microsoft)
The NCR/Stormcloaks want equality and fairness. (Sony)
Mr. House/Forsworn want back what was originally theirs. (PC)
Am I the only one who has noticed this? Bethesda is definitly lacking in originality and ambition.

You already made a post about this.
Looking at Skyrim, Bethesda made the game like real life.
Bethesda is the Thalmor, with ultimate power.
Microsoft is the Empire, trying to control everything.
Sony is the Stormcloaks, who just want some freedom and to be treated fairly.
And finally, PC are the Forsworn, who just want what was rightfully theirs (Skyrim, Oblivion), back like it use to be. (Morrowind)
