first off i have skyrim on the ps3
i was unable to reconect to the internet so i had to restart my ps3 after i have my ps3 was done restarting i tried to play skyrim but was unable i spawn were i think is off the map and i instantly die this happens when ever i start a new game also the picture on the loading screen is always a black dragon on a pedistol

I'm not entirely sure what you are describing here. Try deleting the game and the patch log. Then reinstall.
You very well may need to start a new game but you said that already.
