Very strange bug in a heavily modded save, maybe mod related

This afternoon, I played for a fairly long period of time with my reasonably well modded save. During the course of this play time, the strangest thing occurred: the enchantments on most of my items grew in power by around 25%. None of the items affected were ones that I had enchanted myself. Notable (and easy to spot) targets include my Amulet of Akatosh (25% -> 31%) and my Adept Robes of Destruction (100% -> 125% magica regen, destruction bonus also went up). It doesn't appear to be based on a mod, since I can load the save I started the day with while not changing my load order, and the enchantments are okay. Nothing I can't explain is listed in my active effects tab. Even if I go naked, it seems to continue.

Notable events of my play today, if they help:
Ran through the College of Winterhold quests from the end of Revealing the Unseen through to becoming arch mage.
Checked out Bromjunaar while I was at Labyrinthian.
Crafted a bunch of stuff, enchanted a bunch of stuff and sold it.
Completed two misc quests in Solitude: 1 to give a Talos amulet to the wife of the guy who gets beheaded, and a modeling job for the clothing shop.

Of possible note: had a mod conflict partway through the day: I had two mods affecting Dragon Priest Masks. One was http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/17707 (so my poor Khajiit mage can have her muzzle poke through the mask!), and the other was http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/12122 (to fix Morokei). When I equipped the Wooden Mask for the first time, my head vanished. Rather disconcerting, that, but I figured out the conflict. Now the Tweaks file is unchecked, and my head stays firmly attached to my shoulders.

Can anyone come up with some kind of explanation? Any thoughts? While on the one hand, all my enchants got shinier, all of the numbers got really uneven, and it bothers my neatness. My thanks in advance.

Hadanelith

edit: will post load order as soon as I can figure out how you do that neatly. Feel free to let me know how; I'm really tired of beating my head against a wall here.

Are you a Vampire, and did you get the Necromage Perk in Restoration?
Posting your Load Order may give another poster an idea, they may be using one of your installed mods.

No, and no. How do I grab my load order for posting? I know there's a file around somewhere, but I can't find it for the life of me.
