Since playing on new character I made after Dawnguard came outI'm about 99.9999% convinced that the Wall destruction spells were broken by an update somewhere after about version 1.2 of the game. I wanted to test this out so I went and deleted the title update to go test the spells on my first character/earlier version. However all my saves on the file are on 1.1-1.2 and when I click load it says "this game was created on a later version of skyrim. please download any updates". Is there any way to either bypass this or get skyrim to a 1.2 version so I can load it?

None that I know of-if you really want to test it, you need to find a pre-patch save or start a new character. Sorry bro.
