I'm looking forward for this amazing game, but I did notice that the Khajiits and the Nords are in different and very angry factions.

If I want to play a khajiit, and my husband a nord, are we enemies? Can we play together in the same party? Can I join his faction even if I am a Khajiit?

the game is based in to three faction all with their own game areas, you as a khajiit will only be able to explore Elsweyr, Valenwood and Summerset isles. you won't be able to visit your husband in skyrim, the only place you will meet is in the province of Cyrodiil, as enemies on the battlefield

So if I wanted to play with him from the start, I have to choose a Dark Elf or an Ork, right? Or can I still quest and play with him in Cyrodiil?

Curses, I love kitty people, and he hates elves with passion. I guess I'll have to roll an Argonian...

At least until they add a patch/expansion/dlc where you can play as a renegade from another country into another faction. That would be awesome, and TES is filled with people who challenged destiny and went against the norm! <3

we will se, you know, all of Tamriel won't be available from the start, only small parts of each province, they said in an interview that the missing parts of the provinces will be available through expansions, so chances are that those areas won't be faction based

Unless we can have more than one character in the same account, I could make an argonian to play with him, and a khajiit to frolic around in boots! >;3
