Today when I tried to subscribe to a mod, I clicked the subscribe button but nothing happened. I thought it was the mod at first but I tried subscribing to others and same problem, it doesn't do anything. It was working fine yesterday and the game works fine as well, I just can't subscribe to mods. I tried reinstalling the game as well as restarting my computer but with no luck. I DID try installing the Skyrim script enhancer because a mod I wanted required it, but it didn't end up working so skyrim script enhancer isn't installed.

Please help.. ?

How many mods are you already subscribed to ?? (IIRC Steam Workshop has a fairly low number that you can be subscribed to at a time.)

The other thing to ask, is can you install any other mods? Subscribing and Installing are two different things.

You would only need or want to Subscribe to a mod that you know is going to change over time with frequency. Otherwise, just install them.

There isn't really any way to install a mod on the workshop without subscribing to it first, is there?
