I have the Arcane Blacksmith Perk. I'm on the PC and trying to improve guild master equipment. I can't. Don't understand why. I can improve other magical items like the normal thieves gear or linwe's armor, but not the guild master's set. Don't know why. I tried removing and re-adding the perk. I tried giving myself different copies of the item via console. Still nothing. For some reason it's blacked out when I go to the workbench. I click it and it says (exquisite), but i hit craft and it gives me the error "lack perk"... I have the perk... *bangs head*
