My next character is going to be based on the song "Curse of Milhaven" by Nick Cave. It is about a 15 year old psychopath serial killer named Loretta (prefers to be called Lottie). She is blonde with green eyes. I want to Tamrielize the name Loretta/Lottie Milhaven. Unfortunately I can't seem to make it work. Because of the eye and hair color I only see her as Imperial, Nord, or Breton. From what I've seen, none of the mer races will work. Thanks in advance for advice.
