What do you guys think happens after the dragonborn dies? Do the dragons take over tamriel? Does the civil war ever come to an end? Does he thrive in the magical world of gamesaves and restore time? I want to hear your guys thoughts on what happens after the dragonborn dies, let them come!

in my RP storyline he wiped out the entire race of Dragons, and died during a war between Mercenaries and Werewolves (he was on the Werewolf side).
Now, 3 years later, the war continues, and a more evil threat is growing, and a thieving Khajiit will fill in the role as hero.

Well considering the Dovahkiin has the soul of a dragon I'd say his body simply deteriorates but his soul wanders Nirn/Aetherus/Oblivion, wherever he happens to be at death until a suitable replacement body is found for the soul to inhabit. Oh and I think that whatever souls the Dovahkiin happens to absorb over his life are added as parts of his soul, so they aren't released at death.

Oops, nevermind.
