This is just a thought I'm mulling over at the moment, but I'd like to do an expansion for Solitude, but have it underground like Riften's Ratway.

I'd like to include the following:

- drinking/gambling den - perhaps something like Desele's House of Earthly Delights in Morrowind. Maybe add in some dancing girls
- player housing - something free for low-level characters
- Dwemer ruins to explore
- a couple of shops of some description

Thoughts? Ideas?

I like the idea of having a Skyrim version of Desele's House of Earthly Delights Would this be kind of like a punk, grungy area or something more refined?
