Great Drawing Programs

Hello! I am looking for a great drawing program,This style

Or anything like that,i dont think i can draw that good,But you know what i mean right? A great drawing program,Digital art.
. I am too lazy at the moment to search programs,And i cant find anything. Got any tips?

Fireworks is a good one, although with practice MS Paint or Paint.net can do the trick.

Fireworks is a good one, although with practice MS Paint or Paint.net can do the trick.
I have been using MS paint for a loooong time now,You can draw good there but it still looks "pixly" :)

I use Photoshop CS4 and tablet. At the end, style you are looking at does not come from decent program. Ok, some softwares have more features than others, but good drawer can do good job with both GIMP and CS4.
Tablet helps a lot with digital art, I wouldn't draw without one. I have Wacom Intuos 4, which is awesome tool. But almost all good tablets cost quite a lot.

Hm Yeah,Maybe i will save up to one. And yeah you know what i mean,You can draw in paint and all other programs but it still looks "pixely" at least for me. And this is a complete different question,About animating. Good programs for animating? Thats what i want to learn too,Anmate smooth.
