I was wondering if anyone would consider taking up the task of altering the camera in such a way that it allows you to pan around your character while in motion. Heh, yeah that's pretty much the extent of my request. If such a mod already exists I apologize, but after a few months of googling I can't seem to find it.

Look up Victoria's High Heel Walk. Only affects females, but one of its effects is that you can run toward the camera.
