I recently installed Rage and I have serious issues with the game. The game constantly freezes and crashes after a short while. It is interesting to notice that the game instantly freezes & crashes when I try to change the weapon from the fists to the pistol. When the game freezes I can end it via the task manager and I'm back on the Windows desktop. I tried to run the game in windowed mode, I disabled vsync but nothing helped. Any suggestions what I could do???

I can play Max Panye 3, Crysis, Skyrim and European Escalation without any problems.
