I read that the latest update for Rage is 1.2. I checked my rage.exe file and it says:

File version 1.0.29.712
Product version 1.0.0.1

Do I have the latest update installed? If not ... how can I download the update?

Steam should automatically DL it for you, unless you have told it no to.
