I've tried everything I can think of all the way to fresh install, whenever I am outside my HUD display extends outside on the boundary trim. Like the compass, the framework of the compass sits in the middle like normal but all the icons and direction markers extend the whole length of the screen. All the bars, health, charges stamina, and magic, move ass whole solid bar that stays the same length but moves outside the framework. Like the magic bar, when full looks normal but as you use magic instead of the bar getting shorter, it stays the same length but slides, right off the screen. The framework stays the same it is just the bars, so basically everything that reacts on the HUD is out of whack. I can't find any settings that affect this on the web but no luck. Fresh install a few times and no luck. I went around a threw everything away that I could think of that might harbor settings and might reinject them into a fresh install. I wasted days trying to figure this out.

I've even tried installing some mods hoping the mods settings might affect whatever the cause is but no luck.

I'm going to assume you're on PC? If so, you'll want to post this in the correct forum: http://www.gamesas.com/forum/180-pc/ to get answers to your problem. I would suggest "Report"ing your thread via the button and asking a mod to move it. Don't just repost it though. You may also want to try doing a search as I've seen this problem come up before but did not follow the thread so I don't know the cure.

Of course if I'm wrong and you're on another platform you will want to have it moved to the appropriate forum.
