Yes, I have posted this on the Steam Forum as well as sent in a ticket

Went to get into Skyrim today and Steam went to update itself only to fail with a WIN32 Error 32 (file in use by something else so can't copy to it).

Anyone else get this f4rom the Steam Update that was released a couple of days ago?

I've stopped all non MS sevices from running at startup, booted in Safe Mode with Networking, tried manually copying SteamNew to Steam, everything that was in Steams Support Troubleshooting Section and much more.

There are two others that are having this same problem on the Steam Forum. We've got about 90 views but no responses so I thought I'd try here.
