If you've been using either of those AVs for anything in your mods, it will probably conflict with Dawnguard.
Also, since Dawnguard hasn't got an .exe update with it, this also means we should be able to create new perk trees attached to other AVs (though it may require a 3rd-party utility like TES4Edit to make lower-level changes to the AV records, since I do not think the current CK will allow us to edit them as it stands).
